Your acquisition fee can be "exchanged" for your equity contribution.  

It's either or in my opinion, either you charge a 'break up' fee and then you assume the liability of filling it quickly, or you don't charge and they assume the liability of paying until you can fill it.

The assignment fee in wholesaling is often much larger compared to the commission they receive as a buyers agent.

Is there an HOA fee or other monthly expenses to consider? 

One of them was 1-2 months late paying back principal, but there was a small late fee that was disbursed among investors.Last year I invested in 7 properties over the span of about 5 months.  1 has been paid back.  2 of them appear to be on pace to be paid back on time.  2 look like they're going to be late, but based on reports, it looks like they should be paid back in full. 

The security deposit was $1,200, but here in Florida, attorney's fees and costs are recoverable to the prevailing party in cases concerning security deposits.

Unfortunately, there is a $100/stay fee.

If that happens, i would talk to your agent and negotiate the fee.

You can either pay your agents fee on your own or ditch the agent and deal directly with a title company if the seller is adamant on it.

If your in there partnership program they refer you to their client if they need to sell.its a one time yearly fee & any deal closed you pay $1500i couldn't find any reviews or much info on company outside of there website.courage to know if anyone has had any dealings with this company as I find it a little strange that they don't accept any credit card payments only zell or wire or ACH.
