You do that, it's going to be best place to start because I am betting from there you will seek how to simplify things. 

And because you cant self promote there is always going to be some way to get some kind of message out there without breaking the rules or offending anyone.. but again I think the success stories threads should be utilized for that. 

Especially when I saw the high rankings on Airdna for DFW and started to dig into the highest performing listings and sub markets around the area.

Also, why do you think so many people are advised to get an LLC when starting in RE investing? 

I currently have a bank account dedicated to my first property which I hold in an LLC, and I'm planning on paying out of pocket for the start-up costs initially but I wasn't sure if creating new savings accounts under my first LLC's Bank constitutes a comingling.
