Luckily the alarm must have scarred them off because they didn't take or damage anything inside but they did get the a/c unit.With this experience we realized we need video streaming inside & out, which is not supported with a cellular signal so we would have to get wifi.

@Aceneth Diaz if money comes in an endless stream to you then I would say get both, if not I would definitely focus on the duplex first, then let your income from the duplex pay for the car.

Nothing horrifically disgusting or anything- more like borderline hoardery stuff - like for example, 8 boxes stacked on top of each other labeled "movies", stinky cat box, bottles of paints all over the kitchen table with just STUFF everywhere.
