I have a dedicated acreage (part of a 'change of use' to new 'best and highest' value model) in a dedicated site, barb wire secured, that might be suitable for wild simulated ginseng production.

We have a month to month contract and great rates following this model with one company.

Yeah there's still a bunch of information marketers and coaches selling, using and promoting 2 and 3 decades old business models.

This is NOT an attempt to dissuade you from doing so -- bidding at the local sheriff sale on foreclosures is a major part of our business model.

@Matt Maurice with REIS is very well in touch with the Milwaukee area and have a great model. 

Confirmed with the neighbors that the other models (tract homes built in late '70s) were 4 bedroom.

Most of their businesses models are hiring salaried Realtors to be able to offer such discounts as they make it up by volume.

You wouldn't want to make a bet like that and have the city tell you that your business model isn't legal anymore.

I am doing some research for folks like you - figuring out if a model like this would be valuable.

That way I can play out and model worst case situation.
