I've noticed a lot of coffeehouses decorate their spaces by advertising local art that customers can purchase.

Not to mention living next to a tenant, which isn't the most ideal scenario.  

I am seeking advice on the most ideal location in terms of ease of renting, a strong rental market, and potential future appreciation in value over the next 5-10 years.

I like that Builium has API and it makes it easy for us to support our customers with taxes.  

We have lent on 1000+ properties in the past year and strive to deliver exceptional customer service.

Those type A students would have been ideal tenants (takes one to know one!) 

It’s a luxury here.I agree with Randy,I deal with all sorts of shenanigans from contractors here in Albuquerque, and I keep looking until I find the one I trust at a fair value.
