Steven, not to be harsh and please don't take this personally but.....confidence based on selling "way under market value" sounds good but can easily turn into fools gold. 

may mean actually doing a flip and seeing.If the answer is "no", you will know because youwill own a house with another mortgage and beunable to sell it and then file for bankruptcy.A harsh answer from the real world.

So much for any harsh repercussions.At the very least, Russia NEEDS to be kicked out of the Group of Eight (never should have been there in the first place) and have its WTO bid revoked.

Winters are harsh, but when summer comes around its all worth it.

Or is it just an opinion that you think will be perceived as fact if you state it loud enough and repeat it enough times with a harsh tone?
