Not that being an agent is my full time time gig anymore but I would fear this as an agent as it does seem to be bridging some of the marketing gaps between buyer and seller..... so to all of those who criticize Zillow, you may want to add it to your investment property search business plan as it seems to be just a flush with potential deals as the standard craigslist search.

Dont ever  buy a property you havent flushed a toilet,   Unless you have a proxy that you trust.

Property taxes are exorbitant and so are electricity costs and so are septic tank repairs every time a kid flushes their shoe down your toilet2.occupancy rates are high in July and August but weekend-only at best the other 10 months of the year.

It is a common sense that impossible to flush. i just a headache. i appreciate any valuable info.

I do have a much more flushed out business plan it isn't complete yet, I am going to finish it today I am super excited about that.

Also, I plan to structure my business to run on autopilot once all of the systems and processes are implemented and the bugs are flushed out.I would not recommend Fortune Builders or any other programs if you don't believe, embrace and implement the material.

That will flush out the real bugs and the shortcomings if any exist.

At that time the toilet was no longer clogged but when you flushed the toilet you could still tell something was wrong either with the toilet or the sump pump.
