Excellent strategy.  

I currently use an excel spreadsheet for MF Value Add but looking to expand so I've enlisted  RealNex's REI Wise.  

My wife has excellent credit mine is good.

Also I pull some lists myself too like tax delinquent lists from the counties and I have a few people who drive for dollars for me and I just look them up, find the owner and start sending them mail.I feel my lists are accurate, I get results from them, and update them too.I haven't heard of "sourcelist.com" so I couldn't tell you about that one.All my lists are quickly downloadable to excel and mail merge ready, which is cool.

Thats my seller. i do this for about 4 hours a day, and create my list in excel and theres my motivated sellers lists that will be getting one of my yellow letters.im sorry for the typos and grammatical/punctuation errors.

Many aspects of REI fascinate me, but I want to excel in one area first.I would love to connect and chat with other investors in the area.

If you really want to move it to Excel so you can sort, etc, then you can probably export the data from the PDF but I don't think it will be nicely formatted for you.
