Though you can argue that sheet vinyl is cheap and durable, so putting it in first doesn't make a huge difference.- If I'm installing a tile floor, I'll generally do the tile after the cabinetry.

They are better than RVs, as they are more durable.

Some locations may need lenses cleaned a couple times per year, but otherwise they are pretty durable and trouble free.

I would recommend using this type of lock together floating floor because of the Quality, durability, and waterproof aspects.

Good idea sending him to court, but I'd make sure you're boarded up and mowed without question and your lawyer is with him.The good news is you own half of a solid, durable house ... level lot.  

It seems that with how slowly land seems to sell, there wouldn't be any of the "wild west hunt" for good investment property and instead could be carefully calculated for lowest construction cost, highest durability/energy efficiency, etc. making sure it is a good solid asset with very low maintenance. 

I want it to be very durable and trendy but not too expensive.
