I'll recite my lease and the lot lease from memory as I am away from my home.From my lease: "NOISE: Any complaints of excessive noise or general misconduct on the premises which disturbs others will be considered a breach of this contract".From the lot lease there are several: "Must keep control of children at all times. 

We do have over 500 REO's but wow, these guys are a-holes.This disturbing scam recently appeared in Australia for the first time, too.

They cannot guaranty every person who comes to the club.The only reason I like to bring this up was because I was really upset about what I read and I cannot except form the nonprofit club to act like this so I done more research on my own and now I have a pretty good idea who this lower is and if you do a little research on him you can find out much more disturbing stuff that he done.Thank you and God bless and I am sure you will make more money done the road by doing stuff correctly.

And some days you'll need siding/gutter/water heater/plumbing/electrical repairs, and those months your cashflow will be -$500 perhaps.The fact that you claim to purposefully ignore those expenses is even more disturbing.

I've seen some of the work being done by these folks and it's disturbing.  

A business needs to always be promoting to create and sustain both growth and income.Real Estate Investors, whether current, budding or those considering, need to learn that success depends 100% on building a profitable business.Almost EVERY newbie I see come here - and too many of the long-timers - bring with them a disturbing lack of financial savvy and business acumen, yet they want to "be their own boss", "fire their boss", replace their salary, build a REI business.

Great comment.Derek, I'm impressed with you and now am disturbed why this Realtor is or was acting this way when to me you have simple common sense and from what I interpret real estate experience.

You are saying you have the right to harass me because I did not proactively put myself on the don't disturb list?

We do have a disadvantage that with duplexes we do not start noisy work before 10am and don't continue past about 8pm, as to not disturb the neighboring unit.It will get faster as you learn how to sequence things.We generally wait to show it until the big things are done.
