We ask our guests to:- Bag and take out trash to bins outside- Load dishwasher and start before leaving- Put all bath linens (towels, not sheets) in a pile in the bathtub. 

You could get clever and hide them in strategic locations, but the truly determined will ultimately find them anyway.

If this customer desires a Rheem Brand whatever due to the companies clever marketing or product superiority in some way that the customer values highly- maybe think about offering that as a choice or even a standard option where you build upon the companies goodwill that they already have in place for the product.Good Luck!

@Joe Delia I should take another picture of the bathroom from the side, there is a large linen closet in there that matches the vanity - the dark wood finish with the green really pops IMO.

I thought I'd throw out some feelers here on BP and ask if anyone living there has actually seen "rare sightings" (I'm being a bit clever) and a recent surge of new homes being built for spec in and around the Phoenix metro.
