Our aerated septic is messed up, the well, entire down stairs HVAC is shot, condensing unit for upstairs is toast and the hot water heater.This all sucks but having things gutted and cleaned out definitely provides some sort of relief.

But you need A to assist with giving you/title company authorization to speak with bank for payoff. 3- Quiet title is good to clean up junk like this but it wont work here because the bank is actively foreclosing on the property.
