No additional electric grid capacity needed either/ no new gas or coal central power plants need to be built for these buildings (as some have mistakenly said in this thread), because net-zero buildings produce at least as much as they consume.

As before, we are doing exactly as much business as we have capacity to do.If those multiple lenders you are working with are idiots, but not as ruthless as me, then they are just kind of sort of back burner moving your stuff along, but do not really care one way or another.

We have the capacity to build more homes that investors can finance the build directly to achieve the equity I outlined that allows them to either sell to a retail buyer for a gain, or simply hold as a long term rental & possibly refi to pull capital back out.I get the same question often about our TK rental properties.
