There may be some equity that I can tap into depending on the DSR however,  I'm looking to see what other funding options are available to cover construction carrying costs that do not require W2?

We recommend you get management contracts from several PMCs and compare the services they cover and, more importantly, what they each DO NOT cover.

To clarify what was stated and what was done…Example: you bought parcel at “Upset” tax sale. back taxes owed etc min bid was 5000$ to county to cover thier taxes and expenses.. 

If it said the original terms of the lease still applied, then that covers it. 

Perhaps they overlooked it - and I hope won’t try to cover for it (which, if the record shows the form went to them, they should come clean to you about.)I can’t imagine that this is different from CA, where each party is supposed to serve the other with documents they file with the court - they can’t just say “Surpruse!”

These might be covered in the Bootcamp training but most people will never take that path.  

A few days later my banker called with some great news, thay had approved the loan and even upped the original amount to help cover some other expenses.

I wanted to know if anyone has a finders fee agreement they like to use that covers all the bases?
