Or a PM bizz etc etc all of these are RE based but you dont need to own any RE per se . when you have investors that are not in the bizz IE not brokers lenders GC's etc etc they to me are true investors and depending on their background and funding ability scaling can be a pipe dream or one can methodically do it in what ever rental props they want to buy..

It's a fantastic strategy as long as you still have your HELOC, buy during the last downturn, one of the first things that banks did was to shut down HELOCs.

Well it looks like non-profits are exempt....So I suppose Dope Traffickers will just buy an ongoing concern non profit and operate that with ownership as an IBC (International Business Corporation) in some privacy haven, or Russia, or Yemin or somewhere (if those places have privacy laws???)
