Its a relative, and it will be spoiled rotten, but well behaved. 

The other driver's insurance had to be fairly sure that their driver was not telling the truth, but it served them no purpose to behave on that belief. 

When this grows to scale it becomes a RE business and behaves just almost any other business,  providing value to clients (those to whom the loans are given) and as a result of that value creating, they make a profit. 

I guess the slogan would be "Have a list and stick to it" :-)

They should be fairly consistent, and with ga few, you should get a great idea of what you should pursue that can provide value (the true secret to everything) to the world.For example, this is from an old DISC profile of mine -- it looks like I'm in the right career: Based on how you prefer to behave, an ideal climate for you is one that provides you with:• Highly specialized assignments and technical areas of responsibility.• Operating procedures that support sometimes complex processes.• Variety in the work tasks and multiple projects.• Freedom of speech and expression.• Activities to get and maintain the attention of others.• Quality standards in which to support and maintain.• An environment that supports your critical thinking skills.• A democratic supervisor and work environment

On the other end of the spectrum, an RV park can behave almost just like a mobile home park, especially if it is in a great location with high demand and can be an affordable housing solution that is competitive for the market. 

If you attempted this script with me, I would make encouraging noises, get all of your detailed contact information, and have my lawyer report you to the state.You are way out of line and obviously there is something going on in your life that makes you behave this way. 

The trick would be, having the ability to identify the two. 

By that I mean a tenant who moves other people in, disturbs the neighbors or the city, has unauthorized pets or otherwise behaves in an undesirable but difficult to prove way.  

They should be able to give you an idea as to when they will be having one.
