This is a great example of why so many here are anti Guru.

This is in spite of most San Diegans wanting some anti-growth passed but they cannot agree on which one.  

If your wealth happened diligently over time  like it did for me, it was kind of anti-climactic.

@Luis Miramontes  in a very thin market like it appears you have.. direct mail should only be used for those you cannot door knock.MANY states have anti foreclosure rescue laws and or pre foreclosure equity stripping laws. this Is true in WA OR and CA.. so not much of this is done anymore unless they are newbies who don't realize they could end up in serious trouble.these people are tramatized usually you need to sit and talk with them

So I know that most everyone is either pro or anti military so it's hit or miss but I'm banking on pro.

Buffalo has an anti flipping task force and myself and other honest real estate professionals regularly turn these people in when we see them.

So, let's all have some fun with the anti-guru talk, but realize that it's a huge generalization and we need to be careful not to crap on great people who are out there trying to offer a valuable service to people that WANT that.
