Time to celebrate right?

Congrats, hope you celebrated and treated yourself to something nice after closing (like another flip!)

He is still fiscally conservative (yesterday we had our 32nd anniversary) but that's OK.

I just crossed my one month anniversary with wholesaling and must say I love it.

Well, a celebration late is better than never I guess, and all of these will just get us closer to the next goal.....LOL

I'm comfortable working the numbers and doing business with people, whereas administration, taxation, legal issues and home improvements are things I still need to get to grips with.I'm thrilled to be joining this tremendous community, and hope that we can all celebrate a lot of success, joy and happiness together!

Just celebrated 1 year retired and I can say it just keeps getting better.Have a friend (a friends aunt) who is 94 and has been retired 30 years.

She kept wearing the .20 diamond until our 25th anniversary and now has a 1.75 carat diamond instead.
