For me I almost always change out main water shutoff valve to full port ball valve, all supply valves inside to quarter turns, all hoses, I open every switch box and junction box, check continuity, made sure all devices are grounded, and I create new updated verified labels for the electrical panel, then every single switch plate cover is labeled on the back side, meaning if I remove any cover plate the circuits going to each switch or receptacle for that box are labeled.

I currently work with the Prince George's County Planning Dept. reviewing subdivision plans and have also worked with Montgomery County reviewing record plats (if anyone has zoning/subdivision/permit-related questions feel free to ask).

I am very familiar with the quality players in this market as well as the not so high quality so do your research or use a professional.Of course I am biased, but I believe North Florida, specifically the Jacksonville market is poised for tremendous growth the port and other larger businesses moving their headquarters in the area.

We are now liquidating our duplex in Port Orchard and expect it to sell quickly as well due to the shrinking inventory of homes, lower vacancy rates and increasing rents.
