For me I almost always change out main water shutoff valve to full port ball valve, all supply valves inside to quarter turns, all hoses, I open every switch box and junction box, check continuity, made sure all devices are grounded, and I create new updated verified labels for the electrical panel, then every single switch plate cover is labeled on the back side, meaning if I remove any cover plate the circuits going to each switch or receptacle for that box are labeled.

I am very familiar with the quality players in this market as well as the not so high quality so do your research or use a professional.Of course I am biased, but I believe North Florida, specifically the Jacksonville market is poised for tremendous growth the port and other larger businesses moving their headquarters in the area.
