It is my observation that the market inventory in this range is scant. 

Let him know that should illegal activity be observed going forward the police are going to be called. 

But I’d definitely ask yourself that before getting into that line of work.Just my two cents based on my own observations.

That is also an interesting observation. 

But the conversation is funny, no one tries to DIY a title companies job, an attorney’s job, etc (unless they are one) but the conversation around agents seems to attract it.I guess, moreso observation than opinion.

Have you set up keyword alerts on here that are local to you and observed who is on there posting?

From my observations, people looking for housing scour lots of sites so by excluding a few venues, it doesn't mean you won't still reach those prospects.

Be thorough, observe the big ticket items, look at the neighbors and neighborhood, if you can bring a GC then do that, and ask questions
