There are a thousands of real estate agents, however displaying authenticity and connecting with the viewer on a personal level will trump all the logical or "business" presentations. 

Same scenario a week hence, after they adjust to fix their expense problems:Lender A @ 5%: -0.411 points plus $999 flat.Lender B @ 5%: -0.103 points plus $995 flatOverall market obviously shifted, everyone is now priced better (maybe Trump tweeted or something), but now A is in the lead because they REALLY need to stop spending money on underwriters sitting around doing nothing.

and I will even go so far as to street view on google their location and ask them   Hey is your office by that Mc donalds on the corner knowing its a burger king.. and see what they say. we got hacked once.. it was one of our vendors and it was for a construction draw got an e mail from her saying she changed banks.Well this vendor rarely if ever e mails so we called her right away.. and lo and behold she got her emails hacked.

The loan cap to which I was referring was the previous limit of $484,350 that was the limit for a VA loan up until this Tuesday, when President Trump signed the new "no cap" law into effect.It appears I was incorrect in my understanding that there was a one-time use option for vacation homes, but the question still stands: now that there is no cap, can I use the loan over and over to borrow massive amounts of money on fourplexes, provided I live in them for a year each time?
