REI has processes in place so portion of the Security Deposit/ missing rent had to be covered by tenant.

I like that you can setup different virtual accounts for security deposit let's say, or to separately ledger cash collected through a rent to own contract.

@Bob Asad at our bank, we have an escrow account for security deposits, it is set up with sub-accounts for each tenant with their security deposit amount and their SSN.
