@Jeffrey Giffin- While I was busy on Saturday at a wedding, and only just now finding this thread, it would be great to catch up with folks investing around DE.

At that time they were meeting at UCLA, I think now some other venue in the same general area.They normally have great speakers and cover a variety of topics.

If so, I don’t believe BP is the appropriate venue. 

Maybe being close to the cities will have a higher occupancy rate for people staying for events like weddings though.

ReviewsOf course it's wonderful if the property management company has excellent reviews by both tenants and investors on Google and Facebook and other venues, however keep in mind that in property management, there are going to be a number of upset tenants.
