I recommend you attend a demo webinar before you decide on a product.

One vendor quoted us $11k-$15k to demo it and do the necessary repairs and bring it up to code.

After I signed up, then canceled, my free trial, I got an email from the owner of the company asking if I wanted any help or a demo.

I would recommend reaching out to them to see if you could get access to a demo or ask someone how it functionally works.

I would need flooring, countertops, bath remodel, demo etc.

IMO the most cost-effective parts of a kitchen or bath reno, that you could pay yourself in labor vs. pay a contractor would be 1) careful demo and cleanup, 2) painting or skimcoating, 3) re-using existing materials/accessories or using refurbished ones in a clever way (e.g. re-use existing cabinets and painting them)

After demo, it will be worth LESS than what was paid to buy it.

+1 to their recommendation above additionally, Before committing to any service, take advantage of free trials or demos to test out the features and functionality.

Im pretty sure it will need new hardscape, electrical upgrade, flooring, demo , hvac and new kithcne and bathrooms. 

By doing a lot of the minor demo and work myself, I kept the costs down to $85k for remodel.
