Property Lead Generation
Hi everyone,
I am trying to choose a service for my lead generation, comps, property lookup, skiptracing, etc. and was wondering if anyone here has any preferences when it comes to any websites. I have used deal machine and propstream before and didn't like them so much. Just trying to look for something accurate. my market is multi families in nyc. Thanks!

Hi Yoel,
I've used a number of software from Batchleads, Propstream, Propwire and Property Radar. Property Radar seems to have the most filters so I like it a lot. Co-Star is an amazing platform for data, but it is costly. In terms of skiptracing, Ive found property radar out of the 4 to be the most accurate but they only have contact information 10-20% of the time. Leadsherpa for me has been the best skiptkace-focused software.
