@Brian V., as others have said, 920K isn't their "Wish Price".

I had to go through several VAs, but virtually had to spend zero time explaining things. 

I market to them regularly, my VAs pull the lists and my team sends the letters daily. 

@Jay Hinrichs  That is why we read The 4-hour Work Week and we systemize everything and hire VAs to do most of it for us :-)

Neil Bawa is famous for talking about he he leverages VAs for many tasks including acquisitions. 

For sites specifically connecting VAs with those in need of assistance a quick Google search led me to these sites. 

I see offer pad and front door all over Vegas.. and they are buying houses.. and they use the exact same trigger words as wholesalers use on their direct mailor when a wholesaler has one of the VAs call me looking to buy one of my properties.has this created competition for you.. or are they just going for deals that are so thin U would not do them anyway?

I love the idea of outsourcing my business and sincerely want to help people improve the outsourcing process while picking up new tips and tricks from various VAs.
