My goals are grand, ambitious, and future proof.I plan to build affordable homes in a way that is self sustaining, and desired by many.I plan to invest into Single family homes, and multi family homes to get the individuals who live in them a better life.I live in Utah, so the market is not the best.

When you start reading about this and searching the internet one thing I find is true... there are many LLC formation services that claim to do a bunch of stuff, several of them sell expensive "education" packages which just get a foot in the door to sell more services, and other do-it-yourselfers (legal zoom)ut.  

Wife and I just went to contract with a builder on a 2k sqft 4/3 townhome in a resort development in southern Utah.

He does not have previous landlord since he owed a house in utah when he was working there at the military base for 6 years.

Utah and Mexico are the two main areas.

After settling in I'm ready to start investing in Utah properties and add value to the community where I can.  

A lot of teams in Utah have been switching from EXP to Real any idea why???
