What I love about the platform is it's highly customizable, so you can run "quick & dirty" analysis or you can drill down and get as specific & detailed as you want with each line item in the estimate.

Also, their platform is not very user friendly. 

I tend to have better guests on VRBO and worse guests on AirBnb.I'm curious, @Paul Sandhu, do you use an online platform?  I
