You’re right Jake, that’s 100% the most sound and trustworthy of doing any business, not just REI.

I am asking both in terms of their turnkey products and in general how competent they are and trustworthy. 

@Stephen Heebner I think the largest concern with investing in funds is the trustworthiness of the promoter.

I got the sense that he has an ethic of service and is out to make a contribution, also as someone with military background (discipline) and active faith (trustworthiness).

As far as I know, DSCR HELOCs do not exist and most of the trust worthy outlets I’m also aware of put 2nd HELOANs (DSCR) on pause.

Sometimes, the assurance of having trustworthy tenants that you actually like transcends monetary calculations and contributes significantly to the overall enjoyment of property ownership (especially when you're neighbors).

Finding someone that is trustworthy that will do all of that while you are living out of area, and providing money and the lot has value.

I'm not  where to look or find good and trustworthy real estate agents.
