NL is close to both 290 and the Pink Line, and close to the Medical District, great for medical staff and possibly traveling nurses.

Also, note that it is hard to accurately judge an area from afar based on exterior physical characteristics.

Also, you could explore MTRs as there are a lot of traveling professionals in the area.

Where do you live and how far would you want to travel to manage the property? 

Most of my CFO clients for the markets where they own properties, they either 1) grew up in the area, 2) have family and/or friends in the area, or 3) they travel to the market frequently.

They will raise more capital while on the guru traveling circus.

It's a 3 bedroom house and we plan to use technology such as a smart lock, WIFI exterior cameras, and a smart thermostat.

I suppose I could combine the two ideas and live in a basement while renting out a 2 bedroom home to a traveling agency.
