I am trying to find a group locally to avoid a long drive and the traffic. 

It can be a negative factor if there's increased traffic/noise or if it blocks off a view. 

Don't misunderstand me, they are not bad shopping centers and they have a decent amount of traffic but they aren't getting the lion share of the traffic either.

Located along I40 - the least congested highway into downtown.

It's has easy access to a lot of wonderful places without the traffic of let's say- LA. 

It would feed out to all the other sites that prospective tenants will be using but you should get enough traffic from just using Zillow Group and maybe FB Marketplace.I tell all my clients that it's not worth it in the current market to bother with the MLS. 

However, the hospital there is pretty small and not sure if the traffic is big enough.

Seems the past two years the traffic on their site is really growing. 

I'm receiving about 70% of my marketing traffic through Zillow and thus I still need to list through Zillow.
