One niche that is strong and I think very sustainable is buying these units large enough to stuff 24-person sports team into, as there are many camps ard ghdre or four major sport tournaments a weekend throughout most of the year.So, I know this is a wishy-washy answer, but mixed results.

Our market is not a vacation market but a regional hub in an otherwise rural area so we get a lot of families visiting family, sports teams for tournaments, etc. that are a good market for return customers and a focused marketing campaign.I was wondering with StayFi a few logistical questions I haven't been able to find answers to elsewhere:  1.

MTR does include traveling nurses but also insurance (waiting for home repair/rebuild), people waiting on their new homes to be built, other professions in town on a work assignment (Duke Energy, Bayer, have been a couple) and the STR's attract everything from weddings, funerals, graduations, fishing tournaments at Jordan Lake, local classes....in short, we do not have much lifestyle appeal but I still stay booked.

Because of the popularity in fishing this lake, lots of guides, and fishing tournaments that go on, I want to cater to the smaller crowds or the fishing community. 

Even after 8 years in the military 6 years over seas in a combat zone, being trained in hand to hand combative, and even placing in the top 5 in one the army's largest combative tournament i still carry my gun with me!

Also, work seasonally at Best Buy or the Apple store.I loved games and video games: chess, Quake, Unreal Tournament, StarCraft, Diablo, Civilization, etc.   

Although after being upset by Oral Roberts in the NCAA tournament today I would imagine it's not "coffee" in that coffee cup right now, but something with a little more "sizzle" to it.

@Dev Paul Yes, each city in the Coachella Valley has a different vacation rental ordinance, rules, regulations and sometimes even business models when leveraging large events such as the tennis tournament and Coachallea/Stagecoach etc.

Last week was a week long guest that was a group in town for a bowling tournament.

@John Smeltzer Lake Hartwell has a lot of fishing tournaments.
