They (whoever that is, it's always a "they" ha) are moving, FINALLY, on building out the commercial plaza / movie theater complex there, and getting it going.  

It used to have dive bars, music stores, 2nd hand shops, run down movie theater, craft stores, etc.  

I currently work 2 jobs (Casino and Movie Theater), but during this whole Covid19 experience I am really asking myself...

You need lots of electronics,theater screens, game rooms, ps4s,xbox etc.

This isn't a luxury build, but want a clean and cute open 1st floorplan with a loft for extra sleeping and a play area for kids or a theater, and I'll eventually finish the basement with another bath, a maybe a small bedroom or two to maximize rents. 

I have only a couple tenants who needed some extra time to pay rent and none on rent strike.My view is that this situation is not about tenants or social justice but rather political theater for people with extreme points of view to get attention. 

When I was that age a lot of my friends were working at the grocery store or at the local movie theater, while those are not difficult jobs, they are stressful.

I was super shy and then took a theater class that really opened me up.

Restaurants, apparel, gyms, theaters, and other retailers have been forces to close or reduce operations.

I made about $12k in improvements upon purchase by fixing up various things around the cabin, including all new TV's in every room, a new theater room set-up, etc.
