Anyone else seen these drastic techniques in your area?

A couple of months ago I had an opportunity to put one of Jimmy’s techniques into effect.  

There is many different strategies that you can use as a wholesaler, and by the time you learn all these different techniques a lot of valuable time has passed with no action.

I learned this the hard way not too long ago.I invest in similar areas and I do use leverage to buy properties but I have starting using the techniques that I mention above, keep a good cash reserve, and I am more aggressive on the debt paydown than on assets that have good appreciation.

Website creation, traffic and maintenance is a very large game and no one technique such as page speed will fix all.

But, generally, this is not very accurate.Anyway, there are a few more techniques they can use, but this gives you an idea of how they should go about it.So, as to your specific question, YES, you can most definitely dispute the appraisal if you think there are legitimate reasons to.

I have since put everything back on ebay and have sold it all, getting most of my money back. ( Very proud of myself for figuring out a way for a broke *** red neck idiot, to get basically a free Real estate investing education which so far has made me a buck or two,)    :)     Even today when I feel I need to get current in trends and techniques I go to ebay for some easy listening material, but I've found that most of it is just rehashed fluff from the origional gurus from my early years.

Full disclosure, complete honesty and dealing with only sophisticated sellers leaves little room for prosecution.The view that sub to, or any other legitimate real property transactional technique is illegal or immoral because it CAN be abused is a simplistic black and white view of the world, and based on a simply incorrect understanding of the law and contracts.
