wow love hearing thing's like that give me a newbie hope studying real estate for about a year now hopefully i can buy my first property soon thak you teachings me some thing today love to learn 

I totally understand not wanting to teach me as we go which is why I am proactively learning to become a better asset.

But its a good exercise to go through this and try to figure out how it would be more cost effective for first time home buyers.Also keep in mind when I started in RE  Seminars or weekend work shops were put on by brokers and agents teach ing these buyers how to buy their first home..

I don't think I could teach her that stuff so I am selling my ongoing projects and residential properties.

We can teach them how to live in a house the right way and help them with the bumpy road of turning into a functioning member of society. 😆  That's right Dave, lots of good life lessons for everybody!

They teach you how to raise capital from LPs while the GPs who are not required to incur debt manage the asset.

Alot of the training teaches you about apps, and events coming in the future that are really commercials because ofcourse you have to pay extra for them. they have so many different parts and systems for instance I just found out today that the one on one coaching i thought I signed up for where they fund you deals and you split 50/50 has 3 parts.

Find them a deal and instead of paying you a fee, partner up with them and they will teach you their process in exchange.
