Unfortunately this seems to be the norm with many of the gurus and seminar/webinar promoters. 

@Frans Calderon all you've been posting about for the last 2 months is promoting Baselane.You may want to post your ads under the Classifieds Forum.

Nothing else about the asset is tangible to the buyer.

To me “legitimate” wholesaling can be done a number of ways, none of which seem to be promoted by the popular gurus promoting wholesaling.  

It seems like you're promoting a program or something.
