You would want to know the symptoms, the current diagnoses, run tests and any you would want details on what treatments have already been tried.  

I can go to WebMD and diagnose my own symptoms, or I can go to a doctor when it matters.

Without these things I find myself slipping into lethargy and depression like symptoms.
