@Mary Denby & @Nii Okai I also came across Capitol City's site during my surfing session, and it looks inviting, and since Mary actually has been to there and recommends them, I'm definitely gonna go check it out when I can.The one that kinda sparked my interest was the Sherman Ragland one, DCREIA, anyone ever been?

To date (in only a year and a half of being in business), I have worked from home in Venice Beach (a block from the ocean), in Nicaraguan hostels between ziplining, surfing, and volcano boarding adventures as well as from high-end Nicaraguan hotels while drinking wine or margaritas (yes, while I work), throughout countries in Europe between sight-seeing, outdoor adventures and on airplanes to and from, in Colorado from a mountain house I holed myself up in for 2 weeks during an amazing snowstorm (and between snowboarding excursions), from Atlanta hanging out with my parents and friends for as long as I want to (weeks), and I've even worked on cross-country road trips.I wanted a 'job' that was this flexible for a few reasons.

It will go from looking like an old 'WOBBLY BOX' trailer to a quaint beach cottage and will mix in well with the 92024 zip code which BTW is one of the highest valued per capita zips in San Diego County.Sure it will cost me 175k plus 1k/mth to purchase, rebuild and sub lease this home but the good news is I can get about 2500/mth on it while it continues to appreciate due to is very desirable location of less than 300 feet from Beacons Beach; one of the best surf breaks on the planet.Like I said everything is relative.

The best beaches in Florida aren't as pristine as Maui or Kauai, and Florida surfing is nonexistent and Scuba diving is below average.
