I was curious if I am being too stringent on my criteria...

My fix and flip has recently been broken into and they stole from the property I was wondering what security measures do experienced flippers use to keep burglary from happening? 

Both of those towns have stringent rules about STR's that can make it more difficult to find the right property that will fit your strategy.

The Federal Reserve uses other metrics to try to account for how much "money" is in the world, but the system has proven to be so gordian and opaque that it simply cannot be accurately measured. 

All contractors and all subcontractors need the SAME set of plans and it saves so much time not having to measure and re-measure.

It is a good ballpark measure, though.
