@Kaaren Hall after seeing your post i called them right away, their fees are extremely high for an HSA that for the most part most people don't have a lot of money in.I max my HSA every year, but if you have a self only plan you can only put about 4k /yr  and if you have some medical bills it's less.they are also very restrictive on taking money out, and no CC to pay the doctor. prior to speaking with them I was extremely excited to see this opportunity you suggested,  but after my conversation I'm no longer...I will look for other options now that I see there may be some, so thanks so much for bringing it up.

When you say "we," are you speaking about your business or your personal tax returns, or does your business flow into your personal returns because you file as a sole proprietor?  

After SIX phone calls (because you always have to speak with someone different each time) Airbnb CS sent an email saying that they "are only able to reimburse us $900.00"  WTH?

Speak to an accountant who works in both countries in order to establish the entity for you.

Thinking you can identify scammers by speaking to them or reading reviews is naïve.

Ask to speak with some of their current owners and current/former tenants.

You can find something in Durham and parts of Raleigh, specifically zips 27610, 27603, and parts of 27604 that would meet your criteria, however generally speaking most of the inventory that would fit what you are looking for in Raleigh or Durham would likely be in neighborhoods that I personally wouldn't want to invest in, C- to D type neighborhoods.
