The 10-year-old house on the other hand may be getting to the point where the HWH needs to be replaced, the exterior needs paint, the fir (cheaper than cedar but not decay-resistant) trim boards are starting to show rot as the caulk cracks, the builder-grade windows are fogged and the skylights are leaking.

I went out and bought it after a tenant left the AC set to 64 and had ALL the windows and skylights open.....of course for that rental I also was a day late getting down there (of course) so it cost me a lot of money. 

Case in point, just yesterday I experienced a leak at skylight in a property.  

Build a two story as will look fine with two story house, pay attention to light- skylight adds mental space to small.

Its just that the bedroom upstairs with vaulted ceilings and skylights shows so muck better.

I need complete new siding Roof repair (skylight closed up, drip edge repair)It seems the roofers are only wanting to do insurance work in sand springs, cash apparently doesn’t pay well enough.

Additionally I will have multiple skylights, lot's of window area and one maybe two French/sliding doors.
