That's simply not true.

I've stuck with the tried and true reasons I've heard to keep my search ranking high (quality photos, stellar reviews, updates to my listing) and that helps but in slow season, when I'm not willing to cut my rates as much as some of my competitors, it can be a ghost town.  

So maybe this simply won't work. 

The way wholesalers get around this is by claiming to simply be marketing the contract and not the property itself (hard to do legally), or by doing a double close (buying the property then reselling it immediately).

I am not a tax professional trying to sell you my services I am simply providing my perspective. 

I don't think that simply having an LLC would protect you from that Bubba the roofer.

This way, you can easily revisit details and pick up right where you left off.Avoid cutting corners to save money, as it often costs more in the end.

Anything 1m+ will be harder to sell (I am making assumptions on the price), there is simply a smaller pool of buyers.
