Hi guys,Looking for advice on the topic of sequencing house purchases. 

We went over budget on a couple items that we didn't initially include (some exterior painting, landscaping) these were calculated decisions that added value to the entry sequence of the property.

There is supposed to be a sequence of events such as a request from the borrower so a pre-signed deed in lieu may not hold up.
