I did one semester and realized that those people couldn't reach me how to make money.

I was always intrigued about real estate investing, but this past semester I decided to intern for a property management company in my area.

The gross cost of the education was $16,000($2,000 a semester).

We both work over 50 hours a week during the summer and we make decent money so by the time the fall semester starts we have some money.
