Hello Everyone

I'm from Collingswoood, NJ and I'm currently a Junior studying finance at Rutgers University - Camden. I was always intrigued about real estate investing, but this past semester I decided to intern for a property management company in my area. Throughout the internship, I came across various niches, but the the one that stood out to me the most is wholesaling. Now I'm currently on the pursuit of closing my first wholesale deal. Looking forward to meeting & learning from other members of BiggerPockets as I embark on my journey to financial freedom.
