I thought of doing a sandwich LO but the last few days of reading has steered me out of LO...due to my inexperience and just starting out, it might not be a good option to learn RE since there is a need to stick to it for a long period.

Jt, I'm assuming you probably already are aware of this, if it is an issue in your state, since you used a real estate attorney to set up your LO, but in WA state any lease contracts over a year must be notarized.
