I thought of doing a sandwich LO but the last few days of reading has steered me out of LO...due to my inexperience and just starting out, it might not be a good option to learn RE since there is a need to stick to it for a long period.

I'm interested in L/O or RTO as a strategy but also don't want to bank on people losing out in the end. 

I work in Sales, and my new position has a much lower base than my previous position, so I made sure my LO knew as soon as the switch had been made. 

You want a rockstar LO that knows how to structure a mortgage and understands real estate investors. 

Also, I think the bank is going to bid it up pretty high because they are trying to recoup there fees, and interest lo these many years.Anyone have any experience with Intervenors during a foreclosure??

What is the real amount a LO makes.

On a property I sold 10 years ago my buyer (and this is a buyer, not a L/O or subject to) has a "great job opportunity) a couple of hundred miles away and is trying to sell.

I have looked at properties in IN, TX, MI, LO, SC, NC and CA.

Jt, I'm assuming you probably already are aware of this, if it is an issue in your state, since you used a real estate attorney to set up your LO, but in WA state any lease contracts over a year must be notarized.
