Hire a contractor to cut open the ceiling so it can dry out.

However, an agent that has off market deals is likely flipping or wholesaling themselves so you may only get leftovers. 

I don’t see where a rental would make sense, so I’m trying to look at other options to cover the monthly payments until the market goes back up.

Plus at night, many business areas are dead quiet so it's very peaceful.
