Franchises work great when their exact model fits, round hole round peg.

Round up is your friend , 2 or 3 times a year and no grass , no weeds . 

Assuming $150K downpayment the mortgage payment comes out to $2300 rounded. 

@Reitta Seidel, yes.Maybe sharing some of your thoughts that made you post this question will yield more valuable feedback.In my market, single family homes sell all year round.  

@Jason Redeker happy to answer any questions about operating short-term rentals in the Lake Geneva area...I'm the owner of Elite Lake Rentals and we manage 7 fully-licensed homes there...3 in the city limits (180 consecutive short-term rental days with the remaining 6-months being 30-night min or 1 rental per month) and 4 other homes that can be rented year-round. 

If you just put it on the OTA’s year round it’s technically still available for you to occupy 100% of the year.  

It is a large plate glass window with a 1/2 round above. 

Then you run it both as an FHA with 3% or conventional as a 20% to get a rounded number so that generally it's between the two.

In chats the representatives copy and paste scripted responses that just causes you to go round and round with no real resolution.
