I personally have tons of little IFTTT robots working for me to scrape things into a google spreadsheet.From there, a Ruby or Python script then does other things. 

Few weeks from submittal to closing.

Those applications often come to me as scanned paper, a Long & Foster online form submittal or whatever a 3rd party system submitted to the realtor. 

He's currently working on the design & testing of a robotic chopper pilot but that's still 'undercover'.Then we went to a gender reveal that was filmed by a drone above us & everyone got a copy of the video BUT not exactly appreciated if you're balding.

You can get the entire entree out here for that.Longer term, if California doesn't bankrupt itself trying to give citizens of other countries free health care or provide cell phones to the homeless, and actually makes the vision of the California High Speed Rail a reality, or self-driving cars become mainstream and allow commuters to work on the road to work, then Sacramento will absolutely fricking explode with Bay Area commuters.But then again, we may have FAR bigger problems on the horizon, with automation, robots and AI set to replace as much as 73 million jobs by 2030.

Yeah...whenever I do something that big I work on in in Word so that it won't get lost if the submittal doesn't work properly...lesson learned ;-)

I can change a light bulb or program a 500k robot with a laser.
