I've often considered a Country Inn with wedding venue, or a host of other things (craft weekends, fitness, small retreats, or ?)

Maybe the RV area could be setup as a camping location where people can go to the website to setup vacation retreats.  

I remember researching EB-5 visas for the owner of a prior company, as he was trying to build a pet project corporate retreat/hotel/ranch. 

Regardless of what side of the political spectrum you are on, the market reacts to uncertainty and the new president could scare rates into rising up as @Robert Whitelaw mentioned along with having buyers retreat and rethink there next moveThe sooner you sell this one, the sooner you're onto the next project.

For example, if you own a vacation home, you could have your business rent out the property for a work retreat.

This would be primarily a winter retreat, so those "items" would eliminate Oregon.

I have a couple rentals, roughly 10 years old that have not had any kind of re-treatment for termites since they were built.    

It is doubtful we would have done any of these deals without the training we received and the connections we made through out mentor program.I wil also say this- we are active in our mentor program, we go to the seminars and have been to a weekend retreat.
